📍Locatie: De Mar in Sneek 🕒Uren: 20 uur per week 💰Salaris: FWG 45 – € 3.052- tot € 4.262,- (o.b.v. fulltime) Het is een functie ter vervanging van een zwangerschapsverlof. Je wordt ingezet van 1 september 2026 tot 1 juli 2027.

Locatie De Mar in Sneek De Mar bestaat uit zes sfeervolle woningen met elk acht of negen appartementen. Hier bieden we een warm thuis aan zo’n 50 bewoners. Iedere cliënt heeft een eigen woon-, slaap- en badkamer. Daarnaast zijn er gezamenlijke woonkamers, een ruime tuin en een prachtige snoezelruimte. Ook dagbesteding wordt op de locatie geboden, wat zorgt voor continuïteit en rust.

De bewoners hebben een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking, vaak in combinatie met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG). Op sommige woningen zijn er verzorgingsvragen zoals ondersteuning bij ADL, tilliften of voeding. Andere woningen vragen vooral om nabijheid, structuur en begeleiding. Samen met je collega’s bied je duidelijkheid, veiligheid en een zinvolle daginvulling.

Wat jij doet Op de Mar proberen we vijf dagen in de week beschikbare verpleegkundige in te zetten voor de locatie en tevens ondersteunend aan andere locaties in de regio. Het team bestaat uit ervaren en daadkrachtige professionals die breed inzetbaar zijn, met ruime kennis van de MVG doelgroep en andere disciplines binnen VG-sector. Voor het team is het belangrijk dat de nieuw collega specifiek over onderstaande kwaliteiten beschikt:

  • Kennis van de doelgroep MVG en alle erbij horende profielen MVB, EMB+, EVB, IZ en Psychisch problematiek.
  • Verpleegkundig redeneren op hoog niveau en vermogen om doelgericht acties uit te zetten naar verschillende disciplines.
  • Beschikt over persoonlijke en professionele weerbaarheid en kan gemaakte afspraken en werkwijzen ook onder druk en in complexe situaties vasthouden.
  • Is flexibel inzetbaar en kan zelfstandig een breed scala aan verpleegkundige vraagstukken oppakken en oplossen.
  • Beschikt over een goed inschattingsvermogen, waardoor tijdig en op de juiste manier wordt opgeschaald.

Over jou Jij:

  • bent een gediplomeerd verpleegkundige niveau 4 of 5 met een BIG-registratie;
  • koestert iedere kleine stap vooruit;
  • neemt medicatieveiligheid uiterst serieus, zorgvuldig is jouw middle name;
  • begrijpt de kleinste signalen van cliënten;
  • ondersteunt bij ADL, verpleegtechnische handelingen en andere zorgvragen;
  • gaat open en respectvol om met cliënten, familie, collega’s en andere relaties;
  • geeft voorlichting en advies aan collega’s.

  • een contract voor bepaalde tijd ter vervanging van een zwangerschapsverlof;
