Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Persoonlijk begeleider LVB (24-36 uur per week) – FWG 40 (€ 2.951 tot € 3.980) – Utrecht

Ga jij de uitdaging aan om als begeleider bewoners met een lichte verstandelijke beperking te ondersteunen om zoveel mogelijk op eigen benen te staan? Dan is dit jouw plek!

Locatie Jeanne d'Arcdreef In Utrecht Overvecht wonen 33 mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB). Sommige bewoners hebben daarnaast autisme, psychische of gedragsproblematiek of een verslavingsachtergrond. Iedereen woont in een eigen appartement en er zijn gezamenlijke ruimtes voor ontmoeting en gezelligheid.

Jouw team Als persoonlijk begeleider LVB werk je in een team dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Samen werken jullie aan meer duidelijkheid, eenduidigheid en goede begeleiding voor bewoners. Er is ruimte om mee te denken en initiatief te nemen. Je stapt dus niet in een team waar alles al vaststaat, maar bouwt actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling.

Jouw uitdaging Als persoonlijk begeleider LVB combineer je dagelijkse begeleiding met een coördinerende rol. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij bijvoorbeeld koken, financiën, sociale contacten, afspraken en dagritme. Daarbij werk je voornamelijk avond- en slaapdiensten. Juist op die momenten bied je rust, structuur en veiligheid en ben je beschikbaar wanneer een bewoner ondersteuning nodig heeft.

Je stelt ondersteuningsplannen en begeleidingsdoelen op, bewaakt de voortgang en vertaalt afspraken naar de dagelijkse begeleiding. Je signaleert veranderingen, stemt af met collega’s, verwanten en behandelaren en helpt collega’s om vanuit een eenduidige aanpak te werken.

Je zoekt steeds de balans tussen ondersteunen en loslaten. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Je kent de bewoner en ziet wat iemand nodig heeft, durft duidelijk te zijn en grenzen te stellen en zet je vakkennis in om passende keuzes te maken. Zo help je bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen en hun zelfstandigheid te vergroten.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Bij Philadelphia krijg je de ruimte om het beste uit jezelf en uit je werk te halen. Daarom bieden wij naast alles uit de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, ook extra’s.

  • Een contract voor 24 tot 36 uur per week in FWG 40, met een salaris van € 2.951 tot € 3.980 bruto per maand bij 36 uur.
  • ORT, pensioen, vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kun je ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen.
  • Trainingen en ontwikkeling gericht op onder andere LVB, communicatie, grenzen stellen en het stimuleren van eigen regie.
  • Een functie waarin je bewust voornamelijk avond- en slaapdiensten werkt.
  • Voor je werkzaamheden krijg je vanuit Philadelphia een laptop en telefoon tot je beschikking.
  • Als persoonlijk begeleider krijg je 2 uur administratieve tijd per cliënt per maand, buiten je directe zorguren. Zo heb je gericht tijd voor onder andere ondersteuningsplannen, rapportages, afstemming en andere werkzaamheden die bij jouw coördinerende rol horen.

Wie ben jij? Je communiceert duidelijk, staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt grenzen stellen zonder het contact met bewoners te verliezen. Je stimuleert zelfstandigheid en blijft rustig wanneer een situatie anders loopt dan verwacht. Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding binnen Zorg & Welzijn, bijvoorbeeld Begeleider Maatschappelijke Zorg.
  • Goede communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt werken met digitale systemen zoals Outlook en het ECD.
  • Je bent beschikbaar en gemotiveerd om voornamelijk avond- en slaapdiensten te werken.
