Jouw locatie

Op De Waterweg, tussen Nijkerk en Putten, wonen 15 bewoners met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag, verdeeld over twee woongroepen. Op de bovenwoning wonen acht mensen met een matige verstandelijke beperking en autisme; beneden wonen zeven mensen met een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking. Dagbesteding en buitenleven zijn onderdeel van het dagelijks leven: van tuinieren en hout kloven tot muziek maken of samen op pad gaan.

Jouw team

Als Persoonlijk Begeleider werk je in een betrokken team waarin begeleiding, verzorging en dagbesteding nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Je werkt samen met collega-begeleiders, gedragswetenschappers, behandelaren en management. De uitdaging zit in het gezamenlijk blijven kijken: wat vertelt gedrag ons en wat heeft iemand nodig om zich veilig en gezien te voelen?

Jouw uitdaging

Op De Waterweg communiceren bewoners veelal via hun gedrag. Dat maakt jouw werk interessant én soms behoorlijk complex. Je helpt bewoners bij de dagelijkse zorg, biedt structuur en voorspelbaarheid en zoekt steeds naar de juiste balans tussen activiteit, rust en zelfstandigheid. Op de ene groep staat individuele begeleiding vanuit de gezamenlijke ruimte centraal, op de andere groep werk je meer groepsgericht vanuit een vast dagprogramma.

Als Persoonlijk Begeleider ben je de inhoudelijke spil. Je vertaalt ondersteuningsplannen naar de dagelijkse praktijk, bewaakt de kwaliteit van begeleiding en signaleert wanneer gedrag, samenwerking of structuur daarom vraagt. Je coacht collega’s in methodisch werken en gedragsinterpretatie en bent aanspreekpunt voor verwanten en behandelaren. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met gedragswetenschappers en management en denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van de locatie.

Je bent dus niet degene die vanaf de zijlijn vertelt hoe het moet. Je staat midden in de praktijk, kijkt kritisch naar wat er gebeurt en helpt collega’s om samen dezelfde lijn te vinden. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent analytisch én praktisch. Je kunt complexe situaties rustig bekijken, zonder het contact met de bewoner uit het oog te verliezen. Je durft collega’s aan te spreken, denkt overstijgend en brengt rust wanneer de spanning oploopt.

  • Je hebt een mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding Zorg & Welzijn.
  • Je hebt ervaring met MVG of complexe zorg.
  • Je kunt methodisch en overstijgend denken en dit vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Je bent in staat collega’s inhoudelijk te coachen en mee te nemen in jouw keuzes.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een brutosalaris van € 3.052 tot € 4.262 per maand (FWG 45, op basis van 36 uur) en een vast contract, met uren in overleg.
  • Een functie waarin je inhoudelijk richting geeft én volop in contact blijft met bewoners.
  • Ruimte voor ontwikkeling, verdieping, coaching en training rondom complexe zorg en MVG.
  • Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder onregelmatigheidstoeslag en extra’s zoals een fietsregeling, laptopregeling en korting op uitjes.
  • De mogelijkheid om mee te denken over de ontwikkeling van De Waterweg en organisatiebrede projecten.
