Wil jij zorgen dat Philadelphia klaar is voor de livegang van ONS?

Kun jij rust en overzicht brengen op het moment dat honderden locaties tegelijk overstappen op ONS? Als projectleider Livegang & Borging verbind je mensen, processen en techniek en zorg je dat afspraken onder tijdsdruk daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan een beheerste overstap naar het nieuwe ECD op 1 juni 2027.

Als projectleider Livegang & Borging voor je de regie start, naar livegang tot en met borging. Je brengt zorg, processen, techniek en ondersteuning van de Servicedesks bij elkaar. Zo realiseer je een beheerste overstap op 1 juni 2027, waarin continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg leidend zijn.

Jouw uitdaging

Je werkt binnen het programma ECD ONS en rapporteert aan de adoptiemanager. Je verbindt onder andere lijnmanagement, opleiding, communicatie, PMO, ICT, functioneel beheer, Zorg & Kwaliteit, de servicedesks, BI, regionale ondersteuning zoals digicoaches en de implementatiepartner.

Dit ga je doen

  • Je draagt zorg voor de samenstelling van livegangdraaiboek, inclusief freeze, conversie, bezetting, communicatie, support, noodroutes en generale repetities.
  • Je bewaakt of teams, processen, data, support en techniek startklaar zijn en levert feitelijke input voor het go/no-go-besluit.
  • Je organiseert een eerstelijns servicedesk die in nauwe verbinding staat met de servicedesks Cliëntenadministratie, ICT en Zorg & Kwaliteit.
  • Je organiseert tijdens livegang en hypercare de dagelijkse regie op incidenten, prioriteiten, besluiten en communicatie.
  • Je verbindt de landelijke en regionale uitvoering en schaalt tijdig op als dat nodig is.
  • Je organiseert de zomerbrug en herstartcheck en stuurt gerichte herstelacties aan.
  • Je zorgt voor een toetsbare overdracht naar lijn, beheer en support: ieder restpunt heeft een eigenaar, deadline en rapportagelijn.
  • Je zorgt voor een gedegen borging zodat kennis wordt behouden en vergroot.
  • Je stuurt op planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit, risico’s en afhankelijkheden en rapporteert bondig over voortgang en benodigde besluiten.

Je krijgt ruimte om te sturen

Je maakt binnen de afgesproken kaders operationele werkafspraken, prioriteert acties, bewaakt de voortgang en coördineert herstelmaatregelen. Je spreekt betrokkenen aan en escaleert als normen, deadlines of randvoorwaarden niet worden gehaald. Inhoudelijke en formele verantwoordelijkheden blijven bij de aangewezen eigenaren; jij bewaakt dat alle onderdelen tijdig en in samenhang bij elkaar komen.

Over jou

  • Je bent een stevige, benaderbare projectleider. Je houdt overzicht, communiceert helder en blijft zorgvuldig. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, brengt mensen in beweging en houdt steeds voor ogen wat de verandering betekent voor cliënten en collega’s.
  • Je hebt hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, zorgmanagement, informatiemanagement of ICT.
  • Je hebt, waar mogelijk, aantoonbare ervaring met organisatiebrede implementaties, opzetten Servicedesk livegang, go/no-go, hypercare, incidentsturing en overdracht naar lijn en beheer.
  • Je kent project-, verander- en risicomanagement en kunt sturen met KPI’s.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de gehandicaptenzorg en begrijpt de samenhang tussen zorgprocessen, digitale ondersteuning, kwaliteit en continuïteit.
  • Je schakelt overtuigend op operationeel, tactisch en bestuurlijk niveau en bent rond de livegang flexibel inzetbaar.

  • Inschaling in FWG 60 van € 4.159,- tot € 6.045,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur.
