Jouw werkplek

Oosterlandenhof in IJsselmuiden biedt een thuis aan 54 bewoners, verdeeld over zes woningen. Je werkt met bewoners met een ernstige meervoudige beperking (EMB) en ouder wordende bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. De zorg is intensief en vraagt om goede observatie, nabijheid en verpleegkundige deskundigheid. Binnen de locatie werken we met het LACCS-programma en belevingsgerichte zorg.

Jouw team

Als Verpleegkundige werk je in een team van 15 collega's. Het is een gezellig team waarin collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en samenwerken belangrijk is. Je hebt als verpleegkundige de medische verantwoordelijkheid voor 9 bewoners. Daarnaast word je ingezet tijdens de nachtdiensten voor de gehele locatie.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Verpleegkundige bied je verpleegkundige zorg aan bewoners met EMB en ouder wordende bewoners. Je hebt de medische verantwoordelijkheid voor 9 bewoners en houdt hun gezondheid en zorgbehoeften nauwlettend in de gaten. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleert veranderingen en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast werk je locatiebreed mee in de nachtdiensten.

De combinatie van intensieve zorg, veranderende zorgvragen en het herkennen van kleine signalen vraagt om een scherpe professionele blik. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Je kent de bewoners, neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is en zet jouw verpleegkundige kennis in om passende zorg te bieden. Zo draag je bij aan veiligheid, comfort en kwaliteit van leven.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een contract van 28 uur per week met een salaris van € 3.113,- tot € 4.347,- (FWG 45), afhankelijk van je opleiding en ervaring.
  • ORT, pensioen, vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering. Je vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kunnen ook maandelijks worden uitbetaald.
  • Trainingen en scholing die aansluiten bij jouw werk als verpleegkundige in de gehandicaptenzorg.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een verpleegkundige die rustig blijft, zorgvuldig observeert en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je kunt kleine veranderingen herkennen, schakelt wanneer dat nodig is en stemt je verpleegkundige zorg af op bewoners met complexe en veranderende zorgvragen.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding Verpleegkunde;
  • Een geldige BIG-registratie;
  • Goede communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden en je kunt werken met digitale systemen zoals het ECD;
  • Affiniteit met EMB en ouder wordende bewoners.
