Deine Aufgaben

  • Migration bestehender Fileserver- und Ablagestrukturen in die Cloud sowie Aufbau von Microsoft 365 / Teams als zentrale, unternehmensweite Kollaborationsplattform
  • Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Zielarchitekur für SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive und Entra ID
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Berechtigungs-, Rollen- und Governance-Konzepten für die Microsoft-365-Umgebung
  • Schaffung der technischen Grundlagen für die Nutzung von Power Platform, Copilot Studio, KI-Anwendungen und intelligenten Fachagenten
  • Technische Analyse bestehender Fileserver-, OneDrive- und Freigabestrukturen sowie Begleitung und Umsetzung von Migrationen in Richtung Microsoft 365
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner und zukunftsfähiger Modern-Workplace- und Cloud-Architekturen
  • Sicherstellung einer sicheren, skalierbaren und standardisierten Microsoft-365-Infrastruktur unter Berücksichtigung von Security-, Compliance- und Datenschutzanforderungen
  • Technische Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie weiteren IT-Stakeholdern bei der Umsetzung von Microsoft-365-Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management, Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielweise als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365 und IT-Architektur
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-365-Umfeld, insbesondere mit Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams und OneDrive
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Identity & Access Management, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access sowie Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Security, Compliance, Endpoint Management und der Berücksichtigung von Datenschutzanforderungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Modern-Workplace-Konzepte, Cloud-Architekturen und sicherer Kollaborationslösungen
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung technischer IT-Architekturen sowie idealerweise in der Begleitung von Migrationsprojekten
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse bzw. praktische Erfahrung mit Power Platform, Copilot Studio und KI-basierten Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches und ganzheitliches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
