A la recherche de notre futur(e) collègue pour notre Team Admin' 80-100%

Tu es organisé·(e), autonome, à l-aise avec les gens et tu aimes quand les journées ne se ressemblent pas ? Alors, tu pourrais bien être la personne que nous cherchons ! Notre bureau d-architecture, basé à Verbier et Martigny et actif depuis 25 ans, cherche à compléter son équipe avec une personne qui aime autant les dossiers bien rangés que les échanges avec les clients et les équipes.

Au quotidien, tu vas-

  • Gérer les e-mails, courriers et appels téléphoniques
  • Accueillir les clients et visiteurs avec le sourire
  • Assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne du bureau
  • Donner un coup de main à l-organisation des différents projets
  • Être un peu la personne qui sait où trouver quoi et qui contacter quand il faut

Description du profil ##

Ce qu-on recherche chez toi

  • Un CFC d-employé·(e) de commerce ou une formation équivalente
  • Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se), mais tu sais aussi t-adapter quand les priorités changent
  • Tu es autonome et tu n-as pas peur de prendre les choses en main
  • Tu es à l-aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français, à l-écrit comme à l-oral
  • Tu te débrouilles en anglais ? Encore mieux !
  • Une première expérience dans l-architecture ou la construction est un plus, mais pas indispensable
