JOB PURPOSE

Ensure the quality of materials and components supplied by vendors through evaluation, auditing, and development, guaranteeing compliance with specifications and reducing risks in the supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and technical capabilities.
• Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with standards and processes.
• Responsible for carrying out PTR runs for initial component samples and closing the PPAP process for each validated component.
• Analyze supplier performance through quality indicators.
• Manage supplier non-conformities and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to resolve quality-related issues.
• Develop strategic suppliers to improve their performance levels.
• Validate supplier process changes to ensure controlled impact.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Generate performance reports to support decision-making.

What we’re looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3 years or more in a similar role.
• Technical Knowledge Required:Core Tools IATF 16949 GD&T Manufacturing processes Statistical methods Problem-solving methodologies Technical skills according to assigned commodities IATF 16949 Internal Auditor LPAs (Layered Process Audits)

• Other Requirements: English Level: Conversational / Business
