Senior Accountant Projects \& Integration (m/w/d) 100 %

Einsatz ist gefragt \- deine Aufgaben

  • Die Führung der laufenden Buchhaltung sowie die Erstellung fristgerechter Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse für ausgewählte Gesellschaften nach OR liegen in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Bei der Integration neuer Gesellschaften begleitest du den gesamten buchhalterischen Prozess vom Kontenplan\-Mapping bis zum erfolgreichen Go\-live.
  • Aktiv treibst du Systemeinführungen sowie Migrationen voran und optimierst unsere Abschlussprozesse nachhaltig.
  • Du übernimmst Sonderthemen und Ad\-hoc\-Anfragen der Gruppe, der Revision und der Geschäftsführung und bringst sie selbstständig zum Abschluss.
  • Als verlässliches Teammitglied springst du bei Engpässen flexibel ein und unterstützt, wo es benötigt wird.
  • Deine eigenen Arbeitspakete organisierst du vorausschauend und berichtest den aktuellen Status fortlaufend an den Head of Finance.

Das perfekte Dossier gibt es nicht. Mit diesen Eigenschaften bist du jedoch bestens vorbereitet, um deiner Aufgabe gewachsen zu sein.

  • Ein Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Grundlage deines Profils und wird idealerweise durch mindestens fünf Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung ergänzt.
  • Du kennst das Schweizer Rechnungswesen (OR, MWST), bist abschlusssicher auf Einzelgesellschaftsebene und hast Erfahrung mit Mehrgesellschaftsstrukturen und Intercompany.
  • Im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen, vorzugsweise Abacus oder Microsoft Dynamics, bist du versiert und konntest idealerweise bereits Systemeinführungen begleiten.
  • Deine starken Excel\-Kenntnisse, kombiniert mit Offenheit für moderne Tools wie Power BI, Automatisierungen oder KI, erleichtern dir die tägliche Datenaufbereitung.
  • Eine mit anpackende, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, wodurch dir der Wechsel zwischen Tagesgeschäft und Projektarbeit mühelos gelingt.
  • Auf Deutsch kommunizierst du stilsicher, während dich deine guten Englischkenntnisse optimal auf den Austausch mit unseren internationalen Gruppenmitgliedern vorbereiten.
