Sales Development Representative (B2B Sales) Office Based - 2525 East Camelback Road No Experience Required

The Pay:

  • Expected first-year earnings of $70,000 - $90,000
  • Uncapped commission - top SDRs earn $145,000+
  • Clear salary progression - $10,000 pay increases every three months when targets are hit
  • High-performing reps regularly exceed six-figure earnings

The Role:

  • Outbound B2B calls to business leaders - generating new opportunities daily
  • Qualify prospects and book high-value sales appointments
  • Hit ambitious weekly and monthly targets

  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday) - no weekends!
