Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Springfield team. You’ll find, engage, and hire the caregivers and clinicians who make exceptional home care possible.

This is a fast-paced role where relationships matter, ideas are welcome, and your results make a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach
  • Screen applicants and identify candidates who are a great fit
  • Build relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience
  • Conduct outreach, follow up, and keep candidates moving through the hiring process
  • Attend hiring events and represent Phoenix in the community
  • Partner with recruiters and leaders to improve hiring strategies
  • Help make Phoenix a place great people want to work

What You Bring

  • Recruiting experience preferred
  • Healthcare, staffing, or sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, phone, and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and a “let’s figure it out” mindset
