Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is HIRING! We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing In-Home Nursing Team in Springfield and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population.
  • Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
  • May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
  • Provide instruction/ education on medication
  • Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
  • Home Care experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Strong and compassionate customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license
