Description:Technicien réparateur et vendeur de smartphonesLieu de travail : Centre commercial Belval Plaza, LuxembourgContrat : CDI- Temps plein | Poste à pourvoir : 1 | Entrée en fonction : Dès que possiblePrésentation du poste:Phone Repair recherche un technicien réparateur et vendeur de smartphones, expérimenté, fiable et polyvalent, capable de prendre en charge les réparations techniques et de participer activement à la vente et à l'accueil des clients au sein de son magasin situé au centre commercial Belval Plaza.Missions et responsabilités:• Accueillir les clients, identifier leurs besoins et proposer une solution adaptée.• Diagnostiquer les pannes matérielles et logicielles des smartphones et expliquer les interventions possibles.• Réaliser en autonomie les réparations courantes : remplacement d'écrans, batteries, connecteurs de charge et autres composants, selon les compétences et équipements disponibles.• Effectuer les tests de contrôle avant et après réparation et veiller à la qualité des interventions.• Informer les clients des délais, établir ou expliquer les devis et assurer le suivi des dossiers de réparation.• Vendre et présenter les smartphones neufs ou reconditionnés, les accessoires et les services du magasin.• Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation, la protection et l'entretien de leurs appareils.• Assurer les encaissements, la tenue du point de vente et le suivi du service après-vente.• Participer à la réception des marchandises, au rangement, à l'inventaire et à la gestion des stocks.• Veiller à la propreté, à l'organisation et à la bonne présentation du magasin et de l'espace de travail.Profil recherché:• Aucun diplôme, formation ou certification spécifique exigé : le savoir-faire pratique est prioritaire.• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la réparation de smartphones ou une activité similaire.• Capacité à diagnostiquer les pannes et à effectuer les réparations de façon autonome et soigneuse.• Personne de confiance, honnête, responsable, ponctuelle et discrète dans le traitement des appareils et des données des clients.• Présentation soignée et professionnelle, attitude accueillante et bon sens du contact client.• Rigueur, organisation, polyvalence et capacité à gérer les priorités.• Bonne connaissance des smartphones, des accessoires et des techniques de vente.• Français et anglais souhaités pour communiquer avec la clientèle.• Situation administrative permettant de travailler légalement au Luxembourg ; titre de séjour et autorisation de travail valides lorsque requis.Conditions du poste:Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI), à temps plein. Un poste à pourvoir, dès que possible. Travail en magasin au centre commercial Belval Plaza, selon les horaires d'ouverture et l'organisation du point de vente.Candidature:Les candidats intéressés sont invités à transmettre leur CV en précisant leur expérience pratique en réparation de smartphones.
