Buscamos Oficial de Manutenção Predial (trainee/júnior) para atuar presencialmente no BOPE-PR, apoiando a conservação, segurança e pleno funcionamento das instalações. Você fará parte de uma equipe técnica experiente, com rotina organizada, procedimentos claros e foco em excelência operacional.

  • Apoiar serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva predial.
  • Executar pequenos reparos elétricos, hidráulicos e civis sob supervisão.
  • Acompanhar fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.
  • Realizar inspeções de rotina em instalações e equipamentos.
  • Registrar atividades realizadas em formulários e sistemas.
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e segurança das áreas técnicas.
  • Seguir normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência inicial ou curso na área de manutenção predial, elétrica, hidráulica ou similar.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Curitiba/PR e Região.
  • Conhecimentos básicos em ferramentas manuais e de medição.
  • Organização, responsabilidade e atenção a normas de segurança.
  • Capacidade para trabalho em equipe e boa comunicação.

Diferenciais:

  • Curso técnico em Edificações, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência anterior em manutenção predial, facilities ou construção civil.
  • Noções de leitura de plantas, esquemas elétricos e hidráulicos.
  • Certificações em NR-10, NR-35 ou outras normas de segurança.
