Join PHS Hygiene

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Planner & Scheduler to join our busy Operations team in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, route planning, data analysis, and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and maintaining efficient schedules for Service Drivers to maximise productivity and service delivery.
  • Analysing routes, workloads, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting daily operational reviews and working closely with Operations Managers.
  • Assisting with customer onboarding, mobilisation projects, and service queries.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational KPIs and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Promoting best practice, process consistency, and a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics coordination
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Customer-focused and solutions-driven approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
  • Full UK Driving Licence
