Outbound Telesales Advisor (B2B Sales)

Skelmersdale

£29,000 Basic Salary + Realistic OTE £40,375

Direct365 is looking for a confident and ambitious Telesales Advisor to join our successful sales team in Skelmersdale. If you enjoy building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and closing deals, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with existing customers.
  • Managing your own portfolio of accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Making outbound sales calls to both warm and prospective customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Growing revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Managing the full sales process from initial conversation through to close.
  • Working towards achievable KPIs and sales targets within a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 12 months' experience in outbound telesales, internal sales, account management or B2B sales.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence handling objections and converting opportunities into sales.
  • A positive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and business growth.

  • £29,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £40,375.
