Als Founding Physio.ch für Zürich übernimmst du die Behandlung unserer Patient/innen vorwiegend direkt bei ihnen zu Hause - unter anderem nach Operationen und Spitalaustritten, bei eingeschränkter Mobilität, im höheren Alter sowie bei neurologischen und muskuloskelettalen Beschwerden.

  • Selbstständige physiotherapeutische Befundaufnahme und evidenzbasierte Behandlung im Domizil
  • Fachgerechte, lückenlose Verlaufsdokumentation
  • Klare, empathische Kommunikation mit Patient/innen und deren Angehörigen
  • Interdisziplinärer Austausch mit ärztlichen Zuweisern und Fachstellen nach Bedarf
  • Aktives Mitdenken bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer mobilen Prozesse

  • Volle Entlastung bei der Auslastung. Patientengewinnung, Terminplanung und Nachfrage sind unsere Verantwortung - nicht deine.
  • Kein Stundenkontorisiko. Entstehen freie Zeiten, weil zu wenig Patient/innen vorhanden sind oder Termine kurzfristig ausfallen, entstehen dir keine Minusstunden.
  • Fokus aufs Wesentliche: Während andere Domizil-Anbieter Auslastungslücken oft auf das Stundenkonto abwälzen, arbeiten wir bewusst anders. Du konzentrierst dich voll auf erstklassige Physiotherapie - wir bauen Organisation und Nachfrage darum auf.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut/in FH/HF oder eine gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung (ausländische Diplome mit SRK-Anerkennung oder im laufenden Anerkennungsverfahren)
  • Fachlich saubere, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der individuellen Betreuung von Menschen im gewohnten häuslichen Umfeld
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft, in der Region Zürich Stadt und Agglomeration mobil tätig zu sein
  • Lust und Eigeninitiative, den Aufbau unseres jungen Unternehmens von Beginn an aktiv mitzugestalten
