\- Du behandelst selbstständig ambulante und stationäre Patient:innen

\- Du entscheidest eigenverantwortlich über Verlauf, Aufbau und Anpassung der Therapie

\- Du arbeitest mit vielfältigen, oft komplexen Fällen

\- AAÜP-Rehabilitation inkl. funktioneller Assessments gehören dazu

\- Du hast echte Zeit für deine Patient:innen (keine Minutentaktung)

\- Du arbeitest eng und unkompliziert mit Ärzten, Pflege und Ergo zusammen

\- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut:in FH/HF oder mit SRK-Anerkennung

\- Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

\- Interesse, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

\- Klare, respektvolle Kommunikation

\- Teamfähigkeit

\- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

\- Interesse an der Geriatrie

\- Motivierende Grundhaltung für den alten Menschen und Humor
