  • Du bringst Menschen in Bewegung und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität zu stärken.
  • Du behandelst Patient:innen aus den Fachbereichen Geriatrie, Neurologie und Muskuloskelettal an allen Thurvita Standorten.
  • Du entwickelst individuelle Therapiekonzepte und setzt diese im stationären, ambulanten oder häuslichen Setting um.
  • Du begleitest unsere Klient:innen im Rehabilitationsprozess mit einem alltagsnahen und ressourcenorientierten Ansatz.
  • Du berätst Patient:innen und Angehörige kompetent und einfühlsam.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegefachpersonen und weiteren Therapiedisziplinen zusammen und trägst zu einer ganzheitlichen Betreuung bei.

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut:in (BSc oder gleichwertig mit SRK-Anerkennung. )
