Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von sporttherapeutischen Einzel- und Gruppentherapien bei Patient:innen mit muskuloskelettalen Erkrankungen und Verletzungen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation individueller Therapieziele auf Grundlage ärztlicher Verordnungen und evidenzbasierter Behandlungskonzepte
  • Förderung von Mobilität, Belastbarkeit, Selbstständigkeit und funktioneller Leistungsfähigkeit unter Berücksichtigung des Alters unserer Patient:innen
  • Anleitung von Patient:innen in therapeutischen Übungen sowie im Umgang mit Hilfsmitteln
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegefachpersonen sowie weiteren Therapiebereichen
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Leistungen und korrekte Leistungserfassung im Klinikinformationssystem
  • Mitwirkung an internen Fortbildungen, Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Therapieangebote
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von Studierenden der Physiotherapie im Praxisalltag

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sporttherapie, Sportwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Freude an der rehabilitativen Arbeit mit älteren Patient:innen
  • Interesse an evidenzbasierten Therapieansätzen und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
