Prosalute ist ein Verein mit Sitz in Basel, der sich für die gesundheitliche Chancengleichheit und den chancengleichen Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung von benachteiligten Bevölkerungsgruppen einsetzt. Wir suchen per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n engagierte:n Therapeut:in für ein neues gruppentherapeutisches Angebot für Migrant:innen mit (chronischen) Schmerzen.

Was Sie erwartet

* Sie leiten jeweils an einem Morgen der Woche (Di, Mi oder Fr) während 2.5 Stunden eine therapeutische Gruppe und begleiten Menschen mit Migrations- und Fluchterfahrung im Umgang mit (chronischen) Schmerzen. * Mit Bewegungsübungen vermitteln Sie den Teilnehmenden hilfreiche Strategien für einen besseren Umgang mit ihren Schmerzen. Sie vermitteln den Teilnehmenden geeignete Entspannungsverfahren und zeigen ihnen Möglichkeiten auf, wie diese zur Linderung und besseren Bewältigung der Schmerzen eingesetzt werden können. * Sie sind motiviert, sich an einem weiteren Halbtag der Woche für einige Stunden in die Angebotsentwicklung und Projektleitung einzubringen. Sie möchten sich ein berufliches Standbein in dem Bereich aufbauen und beteiligen sich am Fundraising gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung (erst auf ehrenamtlicher Basis bis weitere Fördermittel verfügbar sind). * Anstellung vorerst für 3 Jahre befristet; Option für höheres Arbeitspensum sowie längerfristige Anstellung entsprechend der gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung des Angebots * Zentraler und lebendiger Arbeitsort im Quartiertreffpunkt LoLa St. Johann in Basel, kleines Projektteam gemeinsam mit Projektleitung *

Was Sie mitbringen

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Bewegungstherapie oder vergleichbare bewegungstherapeutische Ausbildung und fundierte Arbeitserfahrung

· Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenzen im Umgang mit Menschen mit Migrationsbiografie.

· Sie haben Freude an der Projektarbeit und möchten sich längerfristig in die Weiterentwicklung des Projekts einbringen. Wir suchen explizit eine Person, die sich ein berufliches Standbein in der Angebotsentwicklung für benachteiligte Bevölkerungsgruppen aufbauen möchte.
