Für unseren Standort in 4320 Perg suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine(n) 1 Personalberater_in Ihre Kompetenz:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung vorteilhaft

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalberatung wünschenswert

* Selbstsicheres und freundliches Auftreten

* Der Vertrieb ist Ihre Leidenschaft, Eigeninitiative und Hausverstand

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an der Arbeit

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Neukundengewinnung und Betreuung bestehender Kunden

* Auftrags-/Sachbearbeitung

* Bewerbermanagement, Disposition der MitarbeiterInnen mit Kundenaufträgen

* Laufende Kunden- und Mitarbeiterbetreuung

Wir bieten:
