En PIB Group Iberia buscamos incorporar una persona nueva a nuestro equipo en Barcelona. Hemos conseguido posicionarnos en la 5ª posición como corredores en España y queremos seguir creciendo. Buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas que nos ayuden a fidelizar nuestra cartera existente y a generar nuevo negocio en la zona para nuestras cuentas de Empresas en Vigo.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

  • Tendrás una cartera de clientes (empresas) asignada y serás el/la responsable de su gestión integral, incluyendo la coordinación con otros departamentos.
  • Fidelizar y realizar seguimiento de las cuentas, manteniendo relaciones sólidas y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Identificar las necesidades, requisitos de los clientes y proporcionar asesoramiento experto en cuanto a soluciones de seguros.
  • Ampliar la actual cartera detectando oportunidades y desarrollando la estrategia de captación de clientes.
  • Mantener la base de datos actualizada.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Con conocimientos en los ramos de empresas.
  • Que hayas desarrollado tareas similares a nivel comercial y de gestión de cuentas en el sector asegurador.
  • Que te gusten los retos y que tengas ganas de crecer con nosotros.
  • Que te sientas cómo en la gestión de clientes y la negociación con diferentes personas.
  • Valoraremos mucho si hablas inglés, aunque te daremos formación.
