The impact you’ll have: As the Facilities Coordinator at the Miramar Building in Haymarket, you’ll be the first person residents, visitors, contractors and service providers turn to for assistance. You’ll also help keep the administration and day-to-day facilities coordination behind the building running smoothly. Reporting to the Area Manager and working closely with the on-site Building Manager, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised and following things through. What you’ll do:
Welcome and assist residents, visitors, contractors and service providers. Respond to resident enquiries and communicate information clearly and professionally. Coordinate contractors and service providers, including access and follow-up. Manage parcels, building access administration and routine records. Support the Building Manager with day-to-day facilities activities and escalate issues when appropriate.
This is a busy front-of-house environment. You’ll often be balancing resident enquiries, administration, contractors and unexpected requests at the same time. What you’ll bring:
Experience in a customer-facing, reception, administration or coordination role. Strong customer service and clear, professional communication. The ability to manage several competing requests without losing track of important tasks. Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail. Practical judgment when resolving routine issues and knowing when to escalate. A reliable, collaborative approach with strong follow-through.
Experience in residential property, facilities, concierge or a similar environment would be helpful, but is not essential Mandarin language skills are highly desirable. The details:
