Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und lernst die internen Abläufe in einem modernen Logistikunternehmen kennen
  • Du durchläufst verschiedene Bereiche: Finanzbuchhaltung, Controlling, Personalwesen, Kundenservice, Vertrieb, Qualitätsmanagement, Marketing, IT etc.
  • Du gehörst zur ersten Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden, beantwortest Anfragen, bearbeitest Bestellungen und unterstützt bei Problemen im Kundensupport
  • Du unterstützt bei der allgemeinen Büroorganisation wie z. B beim allgemeinen Schriftverkehr, bei der Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und bei der der Pflege von Datenbanken
  • Du erstellst und analysierst Statistiken, um Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren und die Effizienz zu steigern
  • Du koordinierst und organisierst Kundentermine, bereitest diese vor und nimmst aktiv an Besprechungen teil
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von verschiedenen Projekten und bringst Deine eigenen Ideen ein

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens einen guten Realschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen und ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und kundenorientiert
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Progammen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Grundkenntnisse im Englischen
