La division Group Corporate Services offre aux clients et aux collaborateurs du groupe Pictet une gamme étendue de services; elle gère les bâtiments du siège du Groupe à Genève ainsi que ceux des filiales, succursales et bureaux de ce dernier en Suisse et à l-étranger, et en assure la sécurité physique.

Afin de renforcer l-équipe Switchboard, notre bureau de Genève recherche un/une:

Standardiste/Téléphoniste (100%)

Votre rôle ##

Au sein d-une équipe de téléphonistes à Genève, sous la responsabilité du Team head - Telephonist, vous aurez pour mission d-offrir un accueil téléphonique professionnel, courtois et de qualité. Vous assumerez, dans ce cadre, les tâches suivantes:

  • Réceptionner et gérer les appels téléphoniques externes et internes des bureaux de Genève et de Lausanne et en rediriger certains selon les besoins.
  • Gérer les retours d-appels des bureaux de Zurich, Bâle et Luxembourg.
  • Répondre aux appels de la Campus Helpline (pannes techniques dans les bâtiments et incidents à la place de travail), créer et clôturer les tickets correspondants dans les workflows Jira.
  • Assurer un service de piquet en rotation avec l-équipe certains jours fériés.

Votre profil ##

  • Expérience de 2-3 ans en qualité de standardiste/téléphoniste ou au sein d-un call center.
  • Ecoute active.
  • Très bonne élocution.
  • Courtoisie et sens du service.
  • Esprit d-équipe.
  • Discrétion et confidentialité.
  • Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Office.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l-anglais, bonnes connaissances en allemand.
  • Connaissances en espagnol ou en italien: un atout.
  • Domicile en Suisse requis.
