Vi søger en ambitiøs og dedikeret butikschef, der med energi og overblik skaber stærke salgsresultater og et inspirerende butiksmiljø, hvor både kunder og kollegaer trives.

Stillingen er et barselsvikariat med opstart d. 1. november med mulighed for forlængelse og fastansættelse.

DINE ANSVARSOMRÅDER

Som butikschef har du det fulde ansvar for butikkens drift og performance – herunder teamledelse, salgsoptimering og en høj standard for kundeservice og butiksoplevelse.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. inkludere:

  • Ledelse og udvikling af teamet
  • Ansvar for salgsbudget, lagerstyring og daglig drift
  • Træning og motivering af teamet i salg, service og visuel varepræsentation
  • Sikre en inspirerende og salgsklar butik hver dag

DIN PROFIL

For at få succes i rollen, forestiller vi oss, at du:

  • Har erfaring som butikschef eller afdelingsleder – og kan dokumentere stærke resultater
  • Har et skarpt salgsgen og flair for tal og godt købmandskab
  • Er handlekraftig, struktureret, trives med ansvar og træffer beslutninger
  • Motiveres af at udvikle dit team og skabe en god stemning i butikken
