We're seeking a brilliant Compression Engineer to join our revolutionary data compression platform. The ideal candidate will help advance our proprietary middle-out compression algorithm and drive innovation in data compression technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and enhance our core compression engine
• Improve Weissman score metrics across all implementations
• Develop and maintain compression infrastructure
• Collaborate with R&D on next-gen compression solutions

Requirements

• MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years experience with data compression algorithms
• Strong C++ and distributed systems knowledge
• Track record of compression optimization
• Experience with performance profiling and benchmarking
