In unserer offenen Backstube verbinden wir traditionelle Herstellung mit moderner Gastronomie. Dafür suchen wir Dich: eine:n leidenschaftliche:n Bäcker:in (m/w/d), der/die Handwerk liebt, gerne im Team arbeitet und Lust hat, Gäste für echtes Backen zu begeistern.

  • Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen und Feingebäck mit handwerklichem Anspruch
  • Arbeiten in einer offenen Backstube mit Gästekontakt
  • Einblicke in den Backprozess geben und Handwerk erlebbar machen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Frische und ansprechender Präsentation
  • Strukturierte Vorbereitung und Organisation der Produktionsabläufe
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei neuen Produkten und saisonalen Ideen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker:in oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Leidenschaft für artisan Backwaren und hochwertige Zutaten
  • Gespür für Teige, Prozesse und Qualität
  • Freude daran, auch vor Gästen zu arbeiten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
