Todo lo anterior manteniendo una cultura inclusiva de trabajo en equipo. El operador le reporta al supervisor de producción con línea directa de team leader. Responsabilidades: 1. Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción ensamblando los componentes de forma adecuada, completa y rápida de acuerdo con las especificaciones del producto. 2. Ejecutar las actividades descritas en su instrucción de trabajo estandarizado SWI. 3. Realizar sus actividades con base a lo estipulado en el Reglamento Interno de Trabajo (RIT). 4. Portar su equipo de protección personal necesario el 100% del tiempo. 5. Comprender y proporcionar retroalimentación a las estaciones de trabajo anteriores y posteriores sobre los defectos y las condiciones del producto. 6. Realizar el TPM & check list de grúas en la estación. 7. Asegurar que su estación de trabajo cumpla con el estándar de 5s. 8. Seguir en todo momento las reglas indicadas por su team leader yo supervisor de producción. 9. Seguimiento al 100% de los procesos definidos en la operación, reporte de scrap, material no conforme, reporte de near miss, mejora continua, etc. 10. Informar al supervisor de producción cualquier anomalía que se presente en su proceso o identifique en su estación de trabajo. 11. Evitar el desperdicio mínimo o merma de material, mantener el mayor cuidado en la manipulación de dispositivos electrónicos/mecánicos. Autoridades: o Se tiene la autoridad para reportar y/o detener cualquier actividad que se identifique que pueda poner el riesgo la integridad de cualquier persona que se encuentre dentro de planta sea un colaborador, contratista o prestador de servicios y/o instalaciones. o En relación con la calidad, el colaborador tiene la autoridad de detener cualquier proceso y o actividad laboral que identifique pueda poner en riesgo la calidad de nuestros productos y o los requerimientos del cliente ya sea en su operación de trabajo, anterior o posterior a ella.
