Since then we have been committed to understanding the challenges and delivering innovative solutions to the access market. We partner with customers to provide quality equipment, training opportunities and trusted support within the access industry. We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.

The Digital Sales Enablement Associate provides day-to-day system and product support for Sales users across Salesforce and the organization’s CPQ ecosystem.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for Sales users needing assistance with quoting, product configuration, system navigation, reporting, and general Salesforce and CPQ questions. The position works closely with the Lead CRM & CPQ Systems Administrator to resolve issues, maintain accurate product information, support system changes, and improve the overall Sales user experience.

YOUR IMPACT:

Sales & Quoting Support

  • Provide front-line support for Salesforce and CPQ questions and issues.
  • Assist Sales users with quote creation, product selection, configuration, approvals, and system navigation.
  • Troubleshoot common quoting and system issues and escalate complex technical, pricing, or configuration problems when appropriate.
  • Research reported issues and document findings to support resolution or escalation.
  • Track recurring support issues and help identify opportunities for improved documentation, training, or system changes.

Product & CPQ Support

  • Maintain and validate products, packages, options, accessories, descriptions, and related product information within CPQ.
  • Support product launches and catalog updates to ensure products are accurately represented and available to Sales.
  • Review product configurations from the Sales-user perspective and identify missing, inaccurate, or confusing information.
  • Partner with Product Management and other teams to resolve product and configuration issues.
  • Perform routine audits of product and CPQ data.
  • Support testing of product, pricing, and configuration changes.

Salesforce Administration & Data Support

  • Perform routine Salesforce administration and data-maintenance activities.
  • Assist with user access, reports, dashboards, data updates, and operational requests.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports to support Sales and leadership.
  • Perform data-quality reviews and assist with correcting inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Support testing and validation of Salesforce configuration changes and enhancements.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Execute user acceptance and regression testing for Salesforce and CPQ changes.
  • Create and maintain test scripts and document testing results.
  • Validate changes from the Sales-user perspective before production deployment.
  • Assist with post-release verification to confirm changes are functioning as expected.

Sales Enablement & Documentation

  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with Salesforce and CPQ training for new and existing Sales users.
  • Communicate system changes, product updates, and new functionality to Sales.
  • Identify areas where additional training or documentation could reduce recurring support requests.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from Sales users regarding system challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify recurring user pain points and recommend improvements to the Sales experience.
  • Participate in system testing, demonstrations, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support senior CRM/CPQ resources with system enhancements and projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, CPQ, Sales Operations, Product Support, or related business systems.
  • Strong interest in developing Salesforce and CPQ administration skills.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn sales quoting, product configuration, pricing, and approval processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product and system data.
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to work directly with Sales users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear user documentation and training materials.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, spreadsheets, and business systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, IT, and other teams.

Pay Range:

$64,500.00 - $103,500.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions. Beyond offering a competitive total rewards package, we prioritize a people-first culture and offer various opportunities to support team member growth and success.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
