  • Lead manufacturing engineering projects and engineering changes through assessment, implementation, and validation, coordinating impacts across tooling, processes, materials, quality, safety, and affected stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain standard work instructions and manufacturing process documentation.
  • Perform time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, value stream/process mapping, layout analysis, and other industrial engineering activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, ergonomics, and productivity.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement activities and events within assigned manufacturing areas.
  • Develop project estimates, cost justifications, ROI analyses, and capital improvement proposals.
  • Manage multiple projects and production-support priorities while communicating status, meeting deadlines, and independently driving work toward completion.

  • Experience with Creo Parametric.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, heavy equipment, automotive, fabrication, or assembly environment.
  • Experience designing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, workstations, or material-handling solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
