Die Pierre Sudan Leasing und Finanz AG sucht einen vielseitigen und engagierten Allrounder Bau zur Unterstützung verschiedener Bau\-, Unterhalts\- und Renovationsarbeiten. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion arbeiten Sie selbstständig sowie im Team und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Liegenschaften und Anlagen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Ausführen allgemeiner Bau\-, Renovations\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Maurer\-, Gipser\-, Maler\- und Montagearbeiten
  • Durchführen kleiner Reparaturen und Instandsetzungen
  • Pflege und Unterhalt von Innen\- und Aussenbereichen
  • Bedienung und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Arbeitsmaterialien
  • Koordination und Unterstützung bei Arbeiten mit externen Handwerkern und Fachpersonen
  • Einhalten der geltenden Sicherheits\- und Qualitätsvorschriften
  • Selbstständige Organisation der übertragenen Arbeiten

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bau\- oder Unterhaltsbereich
  • Praktisches Geschick und Freude an vielseitigen handwerklichen Tätigkeiten
  • Gute körperliche Verfassung und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B
  • Bereitschaft, flexibel auf unterschiedliche Aufgaben und Einsatzorte zu reagieren
