Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction de la Transformation Finance, vous intégrerez une équipe transverse intervenant à la croisée de la Finance, de la Data et des systèmes d’information.

Vous contribuerez à plusieurs projets de transformation de la fonction Finance, avec un rôle centré sur l’exploitation et la valorisation de la donnée financière : contrôle et analyse des données, développement de tableaux de bord sous Tableau et/ou Power BI, accompagnement du volet Data & BI du projet EPM, et exploration de nouveaux usages autour de la Data et de l’Intelligence Artificielle.

Ce stage permettra de travailler sur toute la chaîne de valeur de la donnée, depuis sa mise à disposition et sa fiabilisation jusqu’à sa valorisation pour le pilotage de la performance et l’aide à la décision.

Dans le cadre de ce stage, vos missions seront :

1. Développer et valoriser les données financières via la Business Intelligence

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des équipes Finance.
  • Exploiter, structurer et fiabiliser les données financières.
  • Concevoir et faire évoluer des tableaux de bord sous Power BI et/ou Tableau.
  • Développer des indicateurs et analyses permettant de piloter la performance financière.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’exploitation des outils décisionnels.

2. Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données Finance

  • Contrôler la cohérence, la qualité et la complétude des données issues des nouveaux environnements Data.
  • Réaliser des rapprochements, identifier les anomalies et contribuer à leur résolution.
  • Participer aux phases de recette Data/BI du projet EPM.
  • Documenter les données, les indicateurs et les règles de gestion afin d'assurer leur bonne compréhension et leur utilisation.

3. Explorer les opportunités offertes par la Data et l'Intelligence Artificielle

  • Exploiter les données historiques et prévisionnelles pour enrichir les analyses financières.
  • Participer à des travaux de prévision et d'analyse prédictive.
  • Tester des solutions basées sur l'IA pour identifier tendances, anomalies et facteurs explicatifs.
  • Réaliser des prototypes et études de faisabilité visant à améliorer le pilotage financier et les processus de forecasting.

Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en Bac +4 / Bac +5 :

  • école d’ingénieurs ;
  • Master Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Science / MIAGE ;
  • systèmes d’information ou informatique décisionnelle ;
  • école de commerce ou Master Finance / Contrôle de gestion, avec une spécialisation Data ou SI.

Un profil disposant d’une forte appétence pour la Data et l’analyse, associée à une bonne compréhension ou une appétence pour les problématiques Finance et de pilotage de la performance est un plus.

Compétences recherchées

  • première pratique de Power BI et/ou Tableau ;
  • bonne maîtrise d’Excel ;
  • goût pour la manipulation, le contrôle et l’analyse de données ;
  • connaissances de SQL, Power Query, Alteryx et/ou Python appréciées ;
  • intérêt pour la Data Visualisation, l’IA, le forecasting et l’analyse prédictive ;
  • connaissances Finance et contrôle de gestion ;
  • capacité à comprendre les besoins utilisateurs et à les traduire en analyses et visualisations pertinentes.

Au delà de vos compétences techniques, vous faites preuve de :

  • rigueur et esprit analytique ;
  • curiosité ;
  • capacité à investiguer et comprendre les données ;
  • esprit de synthèse ;
  • autonomie et prise d’initiative ;
  • goût du travail en équipe ;
  • capacité à échanger avec des interlocuteurs Finance, Data et SI.
