Hei sairaanhoitaja! Haluaisitko työskennellä keikkaluonteisesti vastaanottopalveluissamme Pohjois- Pirkanmaalla? Jos olet oma-aloitteinen, paineensietokykyinen ja nautit vaihtelevasta työstä sekä ihmisten kohtaamisesta, saatat olla juuri etsimämme työkaveri!

✨ Tässä tehtävässä työpäiväsi ovat aina hieman erilaisia ja pääset kehittymään monenlaisissa tehtävissä. Teet itsenäistä työtä eri ikäisten asiakkaiden kanssa kiireettömällä ja kiirevastaanotolla. Pääset hyödyntämään ammattitaitoasi vastaanottopalveluiden monipuolisissa tehtävissä kuten hoidontarpeen arvioinnissa, itsenäisellä vastaanotolla sekä lääkärin työparina. Huolehdit myös jatkohoitoon liittyvästä tiedonkulusta, tarvittavien toimenpiteiden järjestämisestä sekä asiakkaiden ohjauksesta. Meillä työskentelee lämminhenkinen moniammatillinen tiimi- sinä olisit yksi heistä! Arvostamme joustavuutta ja vastuunkantoa omasta työstä sekä innostusta luoda myönteisiä ja mieleenpainuvia kohtaamisia. Keikkatyö tarjoaa mahdollisuuden työskennellä joustavasti juuri omaan elämäntilanteeseesi sopien. Vastaanottomme palvelevat asiakkaita arkena kahdessa vuorossa sekä Virroilla myös viikonloppuisin.

Edellytämme tehtävään sairaanhoitajan pätevyyttä, tartuntatautilain mukaista soveltuvuutta sekä hyvää suullista ja kirjallista suomen kielen taitoa. Arvostamme aiempaa kokemusta akuutti- ja vastaanottotyöstä sekä hoidontarpeenarvioinnista. Työn hoitaminen edellyttää kykyä sujuvaan yhteistyöhön eri ammattiryhmien kanssa, itsenäistä päätöksentekokykyä ja kykyä johtaa omaa työskentelyä sekä joustavuutta vaihtuvissa tilanteissa. Meille on myös tärkeää, että tiedät myös milloin on aika pyytää tiimiltä tukea. Tehtävään valittavan on esitettävä rikosrekisteriote ennen tehtävän vastaanottamista (laki sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon valvonnasta).
