Au Restaurant LUMI, au cœur de l’Hôtel SonoLux, on propose une expérience casual-haut de gamme : un service soigné et précis, dans une ambiance décontractée et chaleureuse. Au bar, chaque cocktail et chaque verre de vin prolongent l’expérience à table.

Tu maîtrises tes classiques, tu aimes créer et tu sais rendre l’expérience au comptoir chaleureuse et conviviale ? On veut te rencontrer !

Ce que tu vas faire

  • Organiser une mise en place rigoureuse du bar avant chaque service et participer à l’ouverture et à la fermeture
  • Préparer les cocktails de base et signature, les vins et les boissons avec constance et précision
  • Préparer avec rapidité les commandes de boissons pour les tables de la salle
  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients au comptoir selon leurs préférences, y compris sur les accords mets-boissons
  • Contribuer à la création de cocktails signature et à l’évolution de la carte du bar
  • Collaborer avec les serveurs et la cuisine pour un service fluide
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks, maîtriser le système de vente et percevoir le paiement des factures du bar
  • Maintenir un bar impeccable, dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité

Requirements

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • Expérience de 2 à 3 ans comme barman dans un restaurant haut de gamme, bistronomique ou un bar à cocktails
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques de mixologie
  • Bonne connaissance des vins et des alcools
  • Aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la résolution de conflits
  • Créativité, souci du détail et sens de l’organisation
  • Autonomie, dynamisme, entregent et esprit d’équipe
  • Bonne résistance au stress et capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais; autres langues un atout
  • Connaissance des principes de base en santé et sécurité, hygiène et salubrité
