Hôtel SonoLux (Restaurant LUMI et Subterra) — Temps plein ou partiel

Chez Épik Collection, on ne gère pas juste des chambres — on crée des lieux intimes où chaque client se sent chez lui. Qu’il s’agisse de nos hôtels-boutiques ou de nos restaurants réputés, on a su se faire une place dans l’industrie touristique de Montréal grâce à l’authenticité de nos relations, autant avec nos clients qu’avec notre équipe. Chaque établissement a sa propre couleur, sa propre identité — et on cherche des gens uniques. À l’Hôtel SonoLux, on propose deux expériences : le Restaurant LUMI, casual-haut de gamme, et le Subterra, un bar à cocktails où le service se vit comme une expérience. Et derrière chaque service fluide, il y a une équipe solide en salle.

Tu es rapide, tu as l’œil pour les détails et tu aimes être là où ça bouge ? Tu veux apprendre le métier dans un restaurant reconnu ? On veut te rencontrer !

Ce que tu vas faire

  • Prêter main-forte au Restaurant LUMI, au Subterra ou lors des événements, selon les besoins
  • Participer à l’ouverture et à la fermeture du restaurant et faire la mise en place de la salle (couverts, verrerie, nappes)
  • Polir la verrerie et les ustensiles et réapprovisionner les stations de service
  • Servir l’eau et le pain et garder les verres remplis tout au long du repas
  • Débarrasser les tables avec rapidité et discrétion, puis les remonter pour les prochains clients
  • Apporter les plats en salle et épauler les serveurs pendant le service
  • Communiquer avec les serveurs et la cuisine pour un service fluide
  • Garder la salle et les stations propres et ordonnées, dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de salubrité

Requirements

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • Aucune expérience exigée; une première expérience en restauration est un atout
  • Rapidité, efficacité et sens de l’organisation
  • Sens de l’observation et capacité à anticiper les besoins
  • Discrétion et attitude courtoise avec la clientèle
  • Fiabilité, ponctualité et esprit d’équipe
  • Bonne résistance au stress et capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais un atout
  • Bonne forme et endurance physique
  • Disponibilité du mercredi au samedi, de soir
