Ce que tu vas faire

  • Mettre en place ton poste de travail et préparer les ingrédients et l’équipement nécessaires.
  • Préparer les ingrédients et réaliser les cuissons.
  • Assurer une excellente présentation des plats.
  • Collaborer avec la brigade pour offrir un produit de grande qualité et maintenir un climat de travail agréable.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et salubre.
  • Participer à l’approvisionnement et à la gestion des inventaires.
  • Contribuer aux autres tâches nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine.

Requirements

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • Tu connais les bases de la cuisine française, les modes de préparation et de cuisson des aliments ainsi que les sauces classiques.
  • Tu travailles proprement, avec soin et rigueur.
  • Tu es motivé(e) à apprendre et à développer tes compétences.
  • Tu sais analyser rapidement une situation et travailler sous pression.
  • Tu es responsable, organisé(e) et soucieux(se) de la propreté.
  • Tu communiques bien avec tes collègues et apprécies le travail d’équipe.
  • Une expérience dans un établissement similaire de quelques années un atout important
  • Un diplôme en cuisine professionnelle constitue un atout important également.
