Ce que tu vas faire

  • Mettre en place ton poste de travail et préparer les ingrédients et l’équipement nécessaires.
  • Préparer les ingrédients et effectuer les cuissons.
  • Assurer une présentation soignée et appétissante des plats.
  • Collaborer avec la brigade pour offrir des plats de grande qualité et maintenir une ambiance de travail agréable.
  • Garder ton environnement de travail propre, organisé et salubre.
  • Participer à l’approvisionnement et à la gestion des inventaires.
  • Faire preuve de polyvalence et contribuer aux autres tâches nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine.

Requirements

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • Tu es motivé(e), rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et soucieux(se) de la propreté.
  • Tu aimes apprendre et tu as envie de développer tes compétences.
  • Tu sais travailler en équipe, communiquer clairement et garder ton calme sous pression.
  • Tu es rapide, débrouillard(e), polyvalent(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
  • Tu connais les principes de base en santé et sécurité, en hygiène et en salubrité.
  • Tu es en bonne forme physique et à l’aise dans un environnement de cuisine actif.
  • Une expérience en cuisine dans un établissement similaire d’au moins 5 ans
  • Un diplôme en cuisine professionnelle constitue un atout important.

Conditions à prévoir

  • Horaire variable pouvant inclure les matins, midis, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
  • Travail debout pendant de longues périodes et manutention de charges.
  • Environnement dynamique avec des périodes de pointe et des changements de température entre les zones froides et chaudes.
