Hôtel SonoLux (Restaurant LUMI et Subterra) — Temps partiel

Chez Épik Collection, on ne gère pas juste des chambres — on crée des lieux intimes où chaque client se sent chez lui. Qu’il s’agisse de nos hôtels-boutiques ou de nos restaurants réputés, on a su se faire une place dans l’industrie touristique de Montréal grâce à l’authenticité de nos relations, autant avec nos clients qu’avec notre équipe. Chaque établissement a sa propre couleur, sa propre identité — et on cherche des gens uniques. À l’Hôtel SonoLux, qui abrite le Restaurant LUMI et le Subterra, on accueille chaque soir une clientèle qui vient vivre une expérience. Et à l’accueil comme au vestiaire, tu es le premier et le dernier sourire qu’elle croise.

Tu as de l’entregent, tu es organisé(e) et tu gardes ton calme quand ça bouge ? Tu aimes accueillir les gens et l’ambiance des soirées et des événements ? On veut te rencontrer !

Ce que tu vas faire

  • Accueillir les clients avec le sourire dès leur arrivée et les saluer à leur départ
  • Prendre et gérer les réservations, la liste d’attente et répondre au téléphone
  • Attribuer les tables et accompagner les clients à leur place, en collaboration avec les serveurs
  • Recevoir les manteaux et effets personnels, remettre un coupon et ranger chaque article de façon ordonnée et sécuritaire
  • Remettre rapidement les articles au départ des clients et gérer les objets perdus
  • Orienter les clients vers le Restaurant LUMI, le Subterra ou l’espace événementiel
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de service et de sécurité lors des soirées et des événements
  • Garder l’accueil et le vestiaire propres, rangés et sous surveillance en tout temps

Requirements

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • Aucune expérience exigée; une expérience en accueil, en service à la clientèle ou en restauration est un atout
  • Excellente présentation, entregent et sens de l’accueil
  • Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes à la fois
  • Honnêteté, intégrité et discrétion
  • Calme et efficacité aux heures de pointe
  • Fiabilité et ponctualité
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais; autres langues un atout
  • Disponibilité du mercredi au samedi, de soir
