Deine Aufgaben

  • Personelle und betriebswirtschaftliche Führung der Abteilung Mechanical Final Assembly PC\-12 mit rund 16 Mitarbeitenden
  • Selbstständige Personalplanung und Rekrutierung für den Fachbereich
  • Durchführen von Mitarbeiter\-, Leistungs\- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
  • Koordinieren und Überwachen des Mitarbeitereinsatzes sowie der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherstellen von Qualitätsstandards, der Flugsicherheit und eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmassnahmen sowie Leiten von Projekten

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH von Vorteil
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in einem technisch\-produktiven Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B2
  • Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
