Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Neuaufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der Identity\- und Access\-Management\-Landschaft (IAM)
  • Sicherstellung stabiler und sicherer IAM\-Prozesse sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der zugehörigen Services und Systeme
  • Unterstützung und Beratung von Projekten bei der Anbindung von Applikationen und Systemen an die IAM\-Lösung
  • Definition, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Governance\-Strukturen, Richtlinien und Standards im Bereich IAM
  • Automatisierung und Optimierung von Schnittstellen, Berechtigungsprozessen und Benutzerlebenszyklen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität
  • Sicherstellung der 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Supports sowie Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen und Anforderungen im IAM\-Umfeld

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie Weiterbildung im Bereich Identity und Access Management
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Identity und Access Management sowie fundierte Kenntnisse moderner IAM\-Lösungen, Identitätsmanagement\-Prozesse und relevanter Technologien. Erfahrung mit midPoint ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen sowie Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Integration von Systemen und Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aus mindestens Niveau C1 sowie gute Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative sowie der Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragenstellungen auf operativer, taktischer und strategischer Ebene zu bearbeiten und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit sowie der Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln
