Your Tasks

  • Define and drive the Business Aviation pilot training roadmap
  • Assess and recommend training business models, partnerships and provider strategies
  • Define simulator needs and coordinate implementation with internal and external partners
  • Define pilot training and operational requirements throughout product development and market introduction
  • Lead interfaces with training providers, simulator manufacturers and operational partners, including OSD\-related activities
  • Translate customer missions, regulations and operational feedback into product requirements, business cases and roadmap recommendations

With this you convince us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or Aviation
  • Minimum five years of experience in pilot training, flight operations or aviation program management
  • Strong knowledge of business aviation operations, pilot training systems, simulators and aircraft performance
  • Knowledge of operational requirements, Operational Suitability Data and applicable regulations
  • Experience working with operators, training organizations or simulator providers
  • Fluent English required, and pilot experience are advantages
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
