Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernehmen der operativen Leitung der Fachstelle bei Abwesenheit des Teamleiters
  • Steuern des Tagesgeschäfts, Zuweisen von Aufgaben und Überwachen der Umsetzung
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs sowie der Einsatzbereitschaft aller notwendigen Mittel und der Erreichbarkeit rund um die
  • Koordinieren von Interventionen vor Ort und Fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützen der Planung und Weiterentwicklung der Fachstelle sowie aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten inkl. Stellvertretung des Teamleiters

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungsumfeld, idealerweise im Sicherheitsbereich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
