🔎Buscamos incorporar una persona que de soporte comercial en modadlidad Part Time para acompañar y potenciar el proceso comercial del canal de ventas externo, principalmente a través del research, calificación y seguimiento de potenciales clientes y oportunidades comerciales.

El rol tendrá como objetivo ayudar a que los leads avancen en el proceso antes de la intervención de los/as Representantes de Marca/as y de la Responsable del Canal, asegurando el seguimiento de las oportunidades y manteniendo actualizada la información en CRM.

Además, será responsable de brindar soporte administrativo y operativo como backup cuando se requiera para garantizar la continuidad de las tareas claves del canal de ventas.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Realizar research y calificación de potenciales clientes, recopilando y enriqueciendo información relevante antes del primer contacto comercial.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y calentamiento de leads, manteniendo el contacto y acompañando su avance dentro del proceso comercial.
  • Dar seguimiento al pipeline comercial, identificando próximos pasos, realizando recordatorios y coordinando agendas con los/as Representantes de Marca y la Responsable del Canal.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de leads, clientes y oportunidades en CRM (HubSpot)
  • Colaborar en el armado y actualización de propuestas comerciales cuando el volumen de oportunidades lo requiera.

Requisitos

📩Si cumples con los siguientes requisitos, eres el candidato ideal para este puesto:

  • Experiencia previa en tareas comerciales, research, prospección comercial o seguimiento de leads.
  • Manejo de CRM (se valora experiencia previa con HubSpot)
  • Excel nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, especialmente para el contacto y seguimiento de potenciales clientes
  • Capacidad de análisis y criterio para relevar, organizar y calificar información de potenciales clientes.
  • Organización y capacidad de seguimiento, para gestionar múltiples oportunidades y tareas en simultáneo.
  • Orientación a resultados y actitud proactiva, con iniciativa para identificar oportunidades y generar próximos pasos.
  • Se valorará experiencia en tareas administrativas y/o gestión documental.
