Prasības pretendentiem:

  1. atbilstība Valsts civildienesta likuma 7. panta prasībām;
  2. akadēmiskā vai otrā līmeņa profesionālā augstākā izglītība (vēlams sociālajās zinātnēs);
  3. teicamas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas gan mutvārdos, gan rakstos;
  4. padziļinātas zināšanas par Eiropas Savienības institūcijām, to funkcijām un likumdošanas procesu Eiropas Savienībā;
  5. prasme analizēt plaša profila informāciju un statistikas datus, izvērtēt cēloņsakarības, formulēt viedokli un izteikt to rakstveidā /prezentēt plašākai auditorijai;
  6. vēlamas zināšanas par migrācijas un patvēruma jautājumiem;
  7. vēlama darba pieredze valsts pārvaldē.
