🍿 We're hiring new waiters at Pincho Nation Odense – both under and over 18 years old!

Become a waiter at Pincho Nation and help create memorable guest experiences - all while being part of an amazing team! Candidates both under and over the age of 18 are welcome to apply for this position.

About Us We are Pincho Nation, a vibrant and unique restaurant concept offering small tapas dishes, extraordinary drinks, and an experience that goes beyond the ordinary. We’re passionate about creating magical experiences and are looking for someone who shares that passion.

Your Role As a waiter, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, working together with the floor team during service. You’ll clear tables, serve tapas, keep the restaurant clean and welcoming, and greet and seat guests, often being their first impression of the restaurant. You will receive basic training by an experienced employee, making this a great role to learn, gain experience, and build confidence in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

We’re at our busiest when the restaurant is buzzing with life - but even then, it’s crucial that guests feel your energy, presence, and desire to give them a fantastic visit.

Who Are You? Previous experience in the industry is not required but we are looking for someone who:

  • Is eager to learn
  • Is motivated to work in the restaurant industry and wants to be part of our concept
  • Wants to contribute to a positive work environment
