Om os Vi er Pincho Nation, et sprudlende og anderledes restaurantkoncept med små tapasretter, ekstraordinære drinks og en oplevelse lidt ud over det sædvanlige. Din rolle

Som host er du hjertet i dagens drift og den, der holder overblikket, når huset fyldes med gæster. Du sikrer, at kommunikationen mellem køkken, bar og gulv glider, og du er ofte det første smil, gæsterne møder, når de træder ind ad døren. Med ro og overskud håndterer du både bookingsystemet og flowet i restauranten – også når det går stærkt. Du støtter tjenerne ved at tage imod gæster, introducere konceptet og besvare spørgsmål, men dit primære ansvar er at få helheden til at spille.

As a Host, you’re the face that welcomes and the mind that keeps it all flowing – creating calm, structure, and great vibes from start to finish!

About us We are Pincho Nation, a vibrant and unique restaurant concept featuring small tapas dishes, extraordinary drinks, and an experience that’s a little out of the ordinary. We're passionate about creating magical experiences, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

Your role As a host, you’re the heartbeat of the restaurant’s daily flow and the key link between the kitchen, bar, and floor staff. You're often the first person guests meet, so a warm welcome and great service – even in busy moments – are essential. You’ll support the waitstaff by greeting guests, introducing them to our concept, and answering questions. But your main focus is managing the booking system and maintaining a clear overview of the restaurant throughout the shift.

Even when the restaurant is buzzing, it’s important to us that guests still feel your energy, presence, and genuine passion for great service.
