Da wir nun den deutschen Markt betreten haben, ist es uns ein ebenso großes Anliegen, unvergessliche Momente für unsere Gäste zu schaffen, wie auch ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld für unsere Restaurant-Crew zu bieten. Wir freuen uns RIESIG darauf, dem deutschen Publikum unser Konzept vorzustellen und gemeinsam mit unserem Team (vielleicht mit dir?) völlig neue Maßstäbe in der Gastronomie und im Gästeservice zu setzen.

Pincho Nation ist mit über 90 Restaurants eine der am schnellsten wachsenden Restaurantketten in den nordischen Ländern und seit 2025 auf dem Deutschen Markt vertreten. Seit der Eröffnung unseres Restaurants in Karlsruhe wächst unser Team stetig und freut sich auf Unterstützung in der Führung.

Kreiere, Führe und Inspiriere als unsere Küchenleitung

Als Teil der Küchenleitung bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass das Konzept von Pincho Nation in der Küche umgesetzt wird. Du leitest den Aufbau der Küchenabläufe, steuerst die Einführung neuer Gerichte, überwachst den Warenfluss und implementierst Maßnahmen zur Eigenkontrolle. Deine Führungskompetenz ist entscheidend, um den Ton für unser Küchenteam anzugeben, und dein Engagement wird ein Grundpfeiler beim Aufbau des Fundaments unseres Restaurants und weiterer Standorte im Süden sein. Du arbeitest eng mit der Restaurantleitung zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten, und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle für den Erfolg des Restaurants.
