White Blossom Care Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our premier, high-volume rehab department. With the largest rehabilitation gym in the Bay Area, diverse clinical programming, and an energetic team culture, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery.

Position Details

  • Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Location: San Jose / Bay Area
  • Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
  • Pay Range: $45–$50+ per hour (DOE)
  • New Graduates: Encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction
  • Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility
  • Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment

Qualifications
